Shipping policy

1. Shipping Logic (Lead Times)

  • Quality takes time. Our Average Production Time is 5–9 business days, followed by standard shipping. Please allow a total of 10–14 business days for your collection to arrive.

  • If there is an issue on our end, we will communicate any delays or issues with your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will automatically cancel and process a refund to your original payment. If paid in Bitcoin, we will issue a credit code for future purchases. 

2. The "Address Input Error"

  • We ship to the exact 'input' provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us (or our fulfillment partner) due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping fee. If the item is lost due to an incorrect address, a replacement will require a new purchase at the customer's expense. Basically, we are not responsible for incorrect address inputs, so triple check (verify) your inputs before submitting your order.

3. Lost in Transit vs. Delivered

  • If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, we consider the package lost and will issue a one-time replacement."

    • Marked Delivered: If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received the item, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. We do not provide refunds or free replacements for items confirmed as 'Delivered' by the courier.
